We recommend you use once a week for superior results:

Massage well on to dry or wet skin with circular movements creating a light friction, concentrating on elbows, knees, feet and ankles, as well as any irregular skin patches.

Rinse thoroughly under a warm shower, to eliminate all granules.

For maximum benefit, follow with Ecologic Citric Fruits Body Lotion.

PRO-TIP: For a professional finish, apply a layer of Ecologic Body Oil of your choice to skin before showering and, without removing, proceed to exfoliate with our Body Scrub. You can also use a loofa for a more intense effect. Remove scrub and oil with warm to hot water.
