Monthly Delivery Plan

 

Our monthly product delivery plan is a convenient online option that ensures you never run out of your Ecologic Cosmetics favourites! By choosing to subscribe to periodical deliveries, your cosmetics of choice will be shipped automatically straight to your door.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is choose your selected product from our shop online, select from the drop menu whether you wish your products delivered every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months and process your purchase as usual. Your 1st payment will be charged to your credit / debit card and your 1st delivery will be shipped right away.

 

Following your order, we will send you an email where you will be requested to provide your full bank details including account number and swift code. Future payments will be credited directly from your bank account prior to each delivery. You will never be charged before your products are ready to ship. 

 

After that, it's easy! Just sit back, relax and your products will be delivered month to month, hassle-free!

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? 

No worries! A few days before shipment, you will receive an email reminder of your order. You can alter frequency and quantity by contacting us via email up to 48h business hours before shipping. You have complete control of your order and can pause, reactivate or cancel your standing order at any time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 

Nothing! Normal shipping fees apply and nothing will be charged to your bank account until the day we ship your goodies :) If you prefer to place your orders manually every time, just select "One time delivery" above the ADD TO CART button.

Delivery Terms

 

• Orders will be packed and shipped within 24h-48h working hours of placement. 

• Once packed and shipped, delivery time can vary between 1 and 5 working days after pick-up, depending on the country where your order is to be delivered. This means that standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 working days (excludes weekends, local, national and international holidays)

• Please allow extra delivery time if you live in a remote location.

• Weather conditions and other external factors such as strikes or holiday periods, may delay delivery services.

• Ecologic Cosmetics does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

• For special offers, discounts and/or monthly delivery plans, the same shipping conditions will apply.

• Please be aware that deliveries outside of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. Ecologic will NOT be responsible for such fees or added taxes, or for local delivery or governmental restrictions in your country or region.

Returns Policy

 

We want to make sure you buy with confidence! Therefore at ecologiccosmetics.com we offer a return and refund policy that allows you to purchase stress free: 

 

• If for any reason you are unhappy with any product purchased via our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

• We are unable to admit exchanges or refunds on samples, travel sizes or bonus / gift products.

• Please return roducts purchased from other retailers (stores, spas, online shops...) at the original purchase location

OFFLINE PAYMENT: BANK TRANSFER

 

If you prefer not to pay online by credit or debit card you may choose to pay via bank transfer. Shipping of orders that have selected an offline payment method, will not be fulfilled until funds are received in Ecologic Cosmetics' bank account. Please contact us if you prefer this type of payment method.
